Steven Solomon, President/Owner
Originally from suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Steve graduated from George Washington University in 1983 with BA degree and from Villanova law school in 1986 with a JD degree. Steve entered the residential real estate business with unique experience, a background in general business and law, in 1999. It is partially this experience that gives his clients a comfort level that their purchase and/or sale will be handled thoughtfully and professionally. Beginning in 2003, Steve opened his own real estate firm and named it Solomon Realty, putting his good name and reputation on the line.

Representing buyers and seller’s of luxury estate homes has been the prime and only focus of his entire real estate career. Steve has worked exclusively in this end of the residential real estate market in the South Palm Beach county area, which includes Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Ocean Ridge, Gulf Stream, Manalapan and neighboring towns. Steve’s business has been completely client driven and has grown to any nearby area his clients require, whether it be waterfront or suburban locations. This is somewhat atypical in residential real estate where more commonly agents generally specialize in a particular “farm” area.

Over the years, Steve has obtained many record sales on behalf of his clients. Due to his unmatched determination and market preparation, he has been able to consistently achieve top prices for clients that are selling their homes. In addition, when representing the interests of clients buying property, Steve has been able to negotiate acquisitions at sometimes well below market rates.

The attributes most often used by clients to describe Steve have been: Honest, diligent, loyal, and knowledgeable about the market place and an easy going consultive sales style rather than a hard sell type. Steve knows that clients have a choice with whom to engage for a real estate transaction. Therefore, he conducts himself and his business in a way that has earned him a reputation as someone who is trustworthy and very professional.
